Prior to any online purchase, you have to register online in order to initiate any order transaction. (Please refer to the Registration Policy)

3-10. DEL will not in any case be held responsible for any losses suffered by the customer due to the unauthorized use of his account. The Customer further agrees to hold DEL harmless from any losses resulting from his non-compliance to clause 11.
3-11. DEL reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account with us at any time if you are suspected of having misused, breached the security of this website or use of inappropriate language.
4-1. Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order.
4-2. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice.
4-3. All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees and are inclusive of VAT (15%) applicable at the time of your order.
You should rely on the product text features/specifications when you place your order. Photographs do not form part of the contract of sale and are for guidance only. Photos & Videos are non-binding We reserve the right to withdraw or vary our offers and promotions at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice.
The Customer must be a registered Customer to be able to make online purchases and payments. Payment for Products & Spare parts shall be made in local currency (Mauritian Rupee).

A delivery services and collection at pick-up points are available only the mainland of the Republic of Mauritius.
The products will be delivered by Dragon Electronics delivery team, at the address given upon placing the payment received.
Only one delivery address is allowed per order placed and delivery is free of charge.
We strive to deliver within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of payment received. Except during specific periods (One Day Sale & specific promotions, whereby delivery will done as per schedule and agreeable between DEL & Customer) Delivery is made on working days only, between 09h00 and 17h00, with an agreed date/time between DEL & customer.

The collection of products can be done in any 13 Dragon Electronics LG Brand Shops or Warehouse:
We endeavour to make the products available for collection within 2 working days from the date of payment received.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected at your chosen pick-up point. The collection time will vary according to the opening hours of the collection point you have chosen when placing your order. For more shop details, Please check here.
Delivery and collection is made when the customer signs the delivery/collection slip.
You have to show your National Identity Card (NIC) as proof of identity before delivery or collection can be made. Your NIC will be check by the Dragon Electronics Delivery Team or our Shop Representative at the chosen pick-up point.
If a third party takes delivery of your order, he/she will also have to show his/her own NIC before delivery can be made. The Warehouse Delivery Team or Shop Representative at the pick-up point will check his/her NIC to match the name.
We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of any incorrect delivery or other information you have provided us or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.
For the purchase of products, the Customer may cancel his order within 24 hours following the purchase by calling Dragon Electronics on 206-1888.
Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
You wish to exchange or return goods after payment, subject we accepted, an Administrative Fee of Rs 295.00 [VAT included] will be claimed. Furthermore, we will claim a Transport Fee as per our current rates [available on demand] if goods have already been delivered or are in transit for delivery.
A Storage Fee of Rs 295.00 [VAT Included] per week per piece will be claimed in case you could not take delivery as agreed. However this Storage Fee is only applicable after 30 days as from the date of invoice.
You are required to check the condition and conformity of the products delivered at the time of delivery/collection, i.e. before you sign the delivery/collection slip.
If the customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged or the products are not as ordered upon delivery or collection, the customer should not take delivery and inform the warehouse delivery team or Shop Representative at collection point for replacement.
Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, nonconformity or shortages of the products ordered.

These will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Mauritian law.
In the event that any claim, matter or dispute arises between customer and DEL arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal, same must be referred to the Service Centre by contacting our Customer support department on 206-1888 or by E-mail. Both parties shall first strive to amicably resolve all matter or disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of these T&Cs, failure of which, the matter or dispute will be resolved in accordance with the Mauritian Code of Civil Procedure.
Notwithstanding the clause A, DEL reserves the right to deal with any legal claims arising from the matter in a forum of its choice, which will include but will not be limited to, the Courts of the Republic of Mauritius. This right will continue to apply after termination, cancellation or amendment of these T&Cs. You agree that DEL is entitled, but is not obliged, to institute any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or your use of the website or its material, in any Court in the Republic of Mauritius having jurisdiction over you, even though the cause of action in question may exceed the jurisdiction of that Court.
